They have some bug in their payment mechanism which they have asked to disregard, so your payment made it through. However, they are resourced to answer any inquiries promptly. You need to appreciate the fact that you invested quite a lump of monies and will be treated as such an investor aswell. So mail them.

They do not respond to emails too  Angry

I have to call  Huh I prefer it by email  Wink

We're sorry about this, due to an unexpected explosion in demand for our products, we currently have a backlog of about 3 days in e-mails to be answered. We hired more staff and the backlog is getting cleared now, please be patient.

Thank you

I want to know the answer to this:

Maybe some one can light me in the right direction with the upgrade modules from bitmine.ch.
I have two questions:

1) the rig comes with 500 Gh/s, 750 Gh/s, 1 Th/s, 1.25 Th/s, 1.5 Th/s, 1.75 Th/s, 2 Th/s Hashing power.
The Upgrade for the rig is 150 GH/s. That does not connect, or iam missing something?

2)
The product detail page states:

Quote
"This will add 150 GH/s of nominal and up to 225 GH/s of Turbo mode hashing power to your system. Up to 14 modules per system can be purchased."

can you put 14 modules in a 500 also as in a 2th rig?

thanks

I had to phone them. They confirmed the payment, and then sent an email after that.  The only "exact position" I have been given is "Week 6".

The order number is just a reference and does not give indications about your real position in the shipping queue. Once the payment is cleared, you will receive a confirmation email with your exact position in the queue.

I did not get anything from you (you received the payment .. I checked already)  Huh

What shipping costs have you paid while ordering with upgrades? For both, the main unit and the upgrades? Or just for the main unit?
If you have main unit order, you can order upgrades of course without shipping costs, just select local pick-up. They will ship main unit with all upgrades installed.

A curiosity:

CoinCraft Rig 500Gh/s + upgrade with modules 150Gh/s = 2Th/s ---> $10.889

CoinCraft Rig 2Th/s ------> $11.999

Why? An updated Rig is not the same as a Rig 2Th/s?

Same for my ordered Desktop model (Coincraft Desk) ...

600 GH for 3.499 USD
400 GH for 2.369 USD and the upgrade +200 GH for 1.069 USD is total 3.438 USD  Huh

Needless to say I ordered with Upgrades  Grin

Phoned them up, and they have confirmed receipt of my funds. Not best pleased that when I ordered it said Week 5/2014, but is now week 6/2014. But then I suppose I did order on a Sunday night. I'm probably screwed on the numbers anyway   Cry

Get an electrician to wire in a 220-240V 30A branch circuit for the rig.
Unfortunately, not everyone in North America has 2-phase 120V service. I have access to 2 mining locations: one has single-phase service (120V only) and the other has 3-phase service (120 V and 208 V). I suppose a 208V 20A circuit is good enough to run a Rig in Turbo mode.

I will be finishing my basement soon... and i am going to have all kinds of crazy power dumped in there! Also with direct cooling from the Colorado outdoors when needed. So in the fall and winter I will be covered.

I'm guessing you can't add that many upgrades to the desktop item due to the following

a) Size / space limitations
b) Power limitations

With regards to the 3KW... I forget not everyone is on 240v and I think my main rings are 40A each...

Are Bitmine scammers?

Get them on the phone, you'll get a prompt answer. At least in my case.

If they deliver on time, we'll know for sure ;-)

So an email response from them to confirm my order that I've paid for isn't an unreasonable request then.

Didn't look like it before... A quick email from them would alleviate my worry that they are...  A complete lack of response whatsoever makes me worried...
