When sending coins with the windows wallet you need to use the custom option instead of the recommended option as Fallbackfree is disabled on that wallet version
or alternativey rebuild kipcoin from source as Fallbackfree is enabled on the source if you build it from source, it's just the windows wallet that has Fallbackfree disabled.
Note: I am currently recompiling for windows right now with Fallbackfree enabled and will add it today once completed.

With Windows wallet it is impossible to send coins and they are not confirmed inside the wallet
even if you pass and 500 blocks still no confirmation and when trying to send coins an error appears
