yes - under three conditions:

1) you compile a windows wallet for 42coin.
2) you compile a mac wallet for 42coin
3) you write a block explorer for the coin (which I will host)

All that for an additional pool?  Cheesy

for a developer it's a piece of cake - please understand that I'm also a miner and the only reason I run the pools is to make life easier for myself. Running pools are a losing proposition financially - that's the simple truth. These coins are worth close to nothing  and a 1.5% pool fee of next to nothing is just a little more than nothing. You do the math and tell me when I spend $125/month in hosting fees to a fast server and two stratum servers that this enterprise makes money - it doesn't. I hate to be a hard nose that's the reality of the situation. I'm asking for about 1 hour worth of work in return for what will take me at least 2 hours and then countless hours of ongoing support.

yes - all that for an additional pool. LOL

I hear you and completely understand. Why try to take over?

WHy does it say syscoin pool is live but i cant log in during maintenance mode??

it's down right now because we're fixing a problem with the pool- I've updated the pool status - we hope to have it fixed shortly - we turned off the stratum so no one wastes hash.

sorry for the delay

Someone in the shoutbox wants to know.....can he set his miner to the syscoin pool before you switch it on so he can go to bed?
Good question, will the pool accept his hash when you switch it on?
I know until then its just going into space.
Thanks,

yes - he can - as soon as the syscoin pool wallet is relaesed and the stratum becomes active your miners will kick in.

I'm starting this thread as the official Lifeforce.info Pools Support Thread.

I recently acquired the Lifeforce.info pools from the original creator of the pools ('Sta').

Currently we mine: Guncoin, EMC2 and Noblecoin - I will be making announcements in each of those Coin threads.

We will be adding several of the most profitable coins soon and will also be creating pools for many of the new coins as they're released.

I am not adverse to adding pools for X11, Nist5 etc algo coins, but it all depends on the coin and in my opinion are there enough miners of a coin to insure that miners find enough blocks to make the pool worth while to mine in.

There are certain coins such as NAUT that have difficulties so high it would never make sense to add a pool for that coin.

My personal preference is to focus on coins where small miners can still generate a decent daily revenue from coins that have not been brutalized by huge private mining farms.

Coins that I'm seriously considering adding are: Argentum, Netcoin, Octocoin, USDE and some others - I look forward to your recommendations as well - please.

If there are new coins that you believe will get traction and there are enough miners interested - I will add the coins.

I'm taking a close look at putting in some block finder bonuses also on some of the coins.

I typically get up at 5 am every morning and spend two hours looking at coin values and personally I'm not a fan of multi-pools since they're always chasing after the highest paying coins and my experience has been that by the time you mine these coins and finally get them into your wallet or exchange account the people who already had those coins in their wallets or accounts have sold at the high prices and you wind up mining high and selling low (or holding high if you don't sell) - it's very frustrating

My strategy has always been to mine low and sell high - when difficulties and network hash are low - it's time to mine.

The perfect example was last week when Viacoin was about to fork and there was some question as to whether certain pools had the right wallet - the difficulty and network hash plummeted and with my hash I was able to mine 4,000 Via in 2.5 days as everyone else sat on the sidelines and watched - it was amazing. Timing is everything in this market so my goal is to help miners in Lifeforce.info pools make the right decisions as to what to mine.

I hope I can help all of your make lots of money, because after all isn't that what most of us are here for?

Our primary server is based in Eastern Canada and is a 4 core 32GB SSD system with hourly backups to a remote linux box - Databases and wallets are backed up hourly.
We have two Vardiff stratum servers - one U.S Based and EU based running NOMP

Thanks!

Jeff
