Too bad the bug I signaled by PM has not been corrected in this release, would have been best to take the opportunity with this hard fork Sad

Also some typo on PhenixCoin (retarget every 408 blocks)

This will be addressed.. while kind of annoying it was not super urgent, we needed to get this out asap.
