I'm a huge fan of football games so more often than not I play PES Mobile(It requires an active internet connection) and sometimes, Call of Duty or Devil May Cry.
Warhammer40k , Freeblade . I like the offline mode
I played candy crush on my cell phone.
I am not into playing games with my phone because i only use my phone for business purposes. But i will not deny that i am a gamer but i play only on PC like GTA 5.

FPS games. 
I'm not picky, so anything with Zombies would honestly work for me! 
Any game on my psx emulator on my phone is considered an offline game so... Suikoden II and Final Fantasies 7 to 9! Thise are pretty awesome!
i always play temple run before even while im on the treadmill i feel like i'm also running with my character. 
Command & Conquer: Red Alert and Starcraft was my favorite games which can be played offline. Also Diablo was a legend game. Sometimes i miss to play these games.
The offline game I like the most on the phone is probably the plant and the zombie

I prefer large single-player RPGs. Say, Dragon Edge, the Witcher and the like.
Usually prefer fantasy setting - there are cyberpunk vibes all around me, after all. Fantasy is a nice distraction.

I like playing crusader kings 2, in my time off. Really pleasant and deep game, that keeps developing. Many hours i spent in there, and probably spend much more.
I thought nobody will mention it! Love Paradox Development Studio games, they`re the definition of deep and complex strategy games.
I prefer Hearts of Iron though, WWII period is more appealing to me.
Heroes of Might and Magic 3. The best game you can play alone, without Internet
space impact and snake are the best!
