Pool still up, but no site!

Working on it, looks like a mysql issue on the web server only.

Pool still up, but no site!
i confirm. Also, am i the only one getting
"2011-12-19 01:08:52: Listener for "": pool.simplecoin.us:8337 19/12/2011 01:08:52, Problems communicating with bitcoin RPC 3 2
2011-12-19 01:08:52: Listener for "": pool.simplecoin.us:8337 19/12/2011 01:08:52, No more backup pools left. Using primary and starting over."

off and on over the past week on all miners. i thought it was just one or two but i have found that its all the miners. it will reconnect in about 5 seconds. i stopped using CPUMINER for a bit to just to see if it was a GPU OC thing but it does not appear to be.

No, I get it too, but very infrequently. I get it less now with PSJ, but I still see it for a second or two every now and then.

Poolserverj is performing great (no more merged-mine proxy)!

I just updated & patched the bitcoin client, now the merged mining pools should be rock solid.

UPDATE: In updating the client, I found a missed block from yesterday during the last btc client upgrade. The site should pick it up in a minute.

Well, pushpool locked up again, so I went ahead and moved all the merged-mining pools over to psj. Let's hope it's as smooth in production as it was in testing.

Poolserver J test seems to be doing well. If you want to give it a shot, try pool.simplecoin.us:8999

And psj back offline to setup for all the pools.

And back online for all pools:
8999 - pplns
8998 - prop
8995 - smpps

Pool is going down for a minute.

Adding a patch to bitcoin that will allow poolserverj workermaker.

Just fixed a tiny bug in the pool proxy that could cause a rare connection dropout. You may temporarily see some LP failures as a result, but they will return to normal shortly (some clients MIGHT need a restart).

Also fixed an IPv6 dns routing issue.

I've decided to close the simplecoin.us forums. They were rarely used, and seemed like more of a security risk than a feature. I've pointed the site forum link here.

Thanks! (More site updates incoming!)

its gone now. I temporally switched those 2 workers (1 per gpu) to another worker on my account. this worked and added the mhs to that worker. I just switched back and it working fine like it used to. One worker per gpu.

Anyone else getting the following? this is the 2nd day in a row i'v seen this.

No more backup pools left. Using primary and starting over.

Never seen a message like that....

Oh... and I'm finally getting around to some features I've been meaning to implement. Some new web backend improvements have already been implemented.

Sorry for my absence. My dev machine psu blew and took a chunk of hardware with it. Thankfully the servers have been running without a hitch.

Well, That sucks...again!

Are you mining at SMPPS pool?
You're paid for every share, but not until a block is found in your pool. Then, if it was a lucky round (and the SMPPS buffer is ≥0), you would get your whole "estimate". But, if it's an unlucky round (>difficulty), more shares are trying to be paid than funds to pay it, so it may take a few rounds to get caught up.

Thanks, I know the operation of SMPPS, but I felt that in two weeks some blocks was founded, and the estimated gain, were consolitated. I'll wait 2 weeks more. Smiley

Sorry for my english.
