Sorry to say that, but if you really have 26BTC and sold them, you will not be here and now you are enjoying your life with this money or at least trading or investing.
And if you really are, it will make us believe if you also include a screenshot of the transaction.
At least, everybody has their own target Many people sell Bitcoin at this rate and they use it for short and long-term holding. So, it doesn't mean that the people, who buy your coins are always loss or not because the market is still progressing and always changing

I'm glad you managed to sell the 26 BTC you had when the Bitcoin price was $ 60k, but telling idiots to people buying Bitcoin for $ 60k is not good.
Because there is a possibility that someone will buy Bitcoin at a price of $ 60k, because he intends to invest long-term in Bitcoin. So depending on
the strategy we use when buying Bitcoin, there is nothing wrong with buying Bitcoin at $ 60k. Because I believe there are many people buying Bitcoin
not looking at the Bitcoin price, they just routinely buy Bitcoin every week or every month to collect Bitcoin. Because the price of Bitcoin in the next
5 years will definitely be much more expensive.

Yes, it is not a clever thing to state that the people who choose to buy at 60k are idiots. Because you never know what level Bitcoin will reach in even only one year. For example, there are many speculations like the price can go above 100k in 2021. If it happens, then the people who buy at the current price will make a great deal of profit for sure.

Where does this "us vs them" mentality come from?  Sell if you want or don't sell if you want.  It's a free market and no one in it is better than anyone else.

I don't think OGs would be selling at $60k sooner, knowing that bitcoin has already built up an insane momentum that can be converted into huge profits for those who still have a lot of bitcoin on their possession. Also, those who sell now would probably be regretting it in a few months time once bitcoin reaches new heights that most people, again, would surely deem "illogical".

I disagree.

If you look at https://www.hodlwave.com/, you will see that only 20% of bitcoins have not moved in more than 5 years (as of around the last halving). If OGs really weren't spending their coins, that number would be closer to 75%. That implies that OGs have been selling (or at least moving their coins around a lot).

If you have bitcoins that you acquired a long time ago for practically nothing, I see no good reason to hold on to them all even if you expect the price to increase from here. I mean, if your bitcoins are worth millions of dollars, it won't hurt you to sell a bunch. The benefits of maximizing your wealth are overrated. What good is money if you don't spend it?

I don't know if this is a good investment decision, but again Bitcoins are yours. I personally think that the longer you hold your coins it's getting better. Bitcoin will grow a lot more over the years and I think the best move is to hold on.

But still if you are happy with your decision it's fine, congratulations on a good profit Wink

I don't know, why you are laughing at the buyer. To be honest they are clever then us.Because we are selling for money need and product demand. It's not a correct phenomenon. It's essential one to hold your bitcoin for the longer time as much you can.It will surely give huge then a expected one.

As of the moment, no one knows when a correction will be or when it will drop so let them spend their money as they see an opportunity to grow their money on BTC even investing at an all-time high is a very risky move. If the moment we've waited, reaching 100k$ happened this year, then it's a win for them, not for us who sold coins early.

I'll laugh when it surpasses 70k$ USD this 2021 Q2, if not then it's fine, I already profited on the past months in bitcoin.  Wink

When it climbs past $100k, who will be laughing at who?

Why so bearish man?
Glassnode suggested Bitcoin’s current bull run could continue for another 4x price increase, according to the Long-Term Holder MVRV metric (market-value-to-realized-value is a ratio of an asset's market capitalization to its realized capitalization) : https://twitter.com/glassnode/status/1372594131793494019

Let's have a laugh together when it will break $250K.  Smiley

Its really weird to see someone badmouthing other people that is trying to earn or learn about the Cryptocurrency Industry. It's never a good face for someone to lash out on other people just because you are the first one here. Its already bad enough for them to not learn about it on the first time they have heard about it but its because they are close-minded and we have to act as the bigger person. We have to act accordingly because we were like that before and having the opportunity to be within the Cryptocurrency Industry is already great for us and it can be a better place for all if we keep it a friendly community.

You sound like someone who already sold everything and expecting the price to correct 80+% like what happened in the last cycle. The market refuses to follow your wishes so you are calling on others to sell their stash as well.

We'll probably see BTC's drop to as low as $40K or $50K but you'll have to wait longer. I'm not sure if it will happen in 2023 as OGNasty said.

Still feels a little bit early to be selling. I think we’ll be seeing a BTC price above $100K in July and possibly up to $250K by December.
What Bullish really looks like.

....
Cut the dude some slack, 26 BTC in a 60k price is a big amount, OP can just buy back anytime he/she wants when the prices go under. At the least I think that OP is the more happier person because he/she has already reaped the benefits of hodling bitcoin compared to those who are waiting for something that might not even arrive, including me.
I don't think he's that happy as he wants to portray in this post. He's more afraid that he will be left behind if BTC surge to six digits.

If you want us to believe that you have 26 Bitcoins and you will sell them, you should prove it. Otherwise I think you have opened this new topic just for mocking people. And let's say that you really have this amount. If the price goes over 100k dollars, I really wonder how you will feel.

Selling is not bad at all. But if you are selling up to the last Satoshi because you are planning to leave Bitcoin for good, I'm afraid it won't be you who'll have the last laugh.

Bitcoin won't last forever. I'm sure of it, but it won't die out young either. Regret will be yours sooner, my friend.

Well, at least Bitcoin has shed another one of you weak hands.

Let us just let other people do have the freedom on when they will buy or sell their Bitcoin and not just mock or make fun of their own decisions for the fact that no matter what happen, they will be the ones who will benefit or regret about it. The capability of one individual to grow into this industry relies on his capacity to weigh things and put up a decision based on what his guts and information gathered is telling him. The decision being made up by you must not be dominantly affected by other people's opinion and it must come into your own way of perspective if you are going to buy or sell your Bitcoin as of this moment.

Exactly. OGs will sorry.

I'm very cautious after Bitcoin passed $30k, but I think it will be way over $100k in the next 12 months due to all companies jumping on the train and more mainstream business adoption.

Sell as you must, if you see it as a profit on your side, though I don't think you'll be the one laughing in the end when we all arrive at $100k+.
