Hmm haven't thought of that. Always thought that it's something deeper but maybe, just maybe, the devs just want to make quick bucks out of their bitcoin holdings. After all the effects of the fork isn't so bad and most people seem to be happy that they get something out of it instead of the price dipping down so hard.

That's why they told everyone not to keep your BTC on exchange. Because the Bitcoin Cash devs and their friends did just that.

Sell 1 BCC for 0.44 BTC --> more BTC --> more CASH. It's an ingenious idea tbh, and it worked! Millions were made. Millions are still made, even at 0.1!

Nobody forced you to keep your coins off the exchanges. You were told your coins would be stolen weren't you? Well now everyone is salty because they didn't have the balls to keep their coins on the exchanges. You should sue the forum for misinformation lol.

Since last 100 hours, we have seen dramatic movements in the price of Bitcoin cash and I would say that a ball has more capacity to remain stable for longer time than Bitcoin cash  Grin

Anyways, As expected the investors had a gala time with Bitcoin cash and they have done with it and now they are coming at their main motive. Now they have turned trading mode off and investing mode on and when it comes to the long term, Bitcoin is a king and thus everyone is coming at it.

I'm still too retarded to figure out how to get bcc out of my Mycelium wallet.

I agree, this was probably a ploy to generate money out of thin air.   And I also agree that bcc isn't worth holding--even though I'm holding about 0.007 unwittingly by not knowing how to sell it.

I think it was just sort of a coincidence that it was able to be traded and exchanged for more BTC. I didn't really expect there to be any use coming out of it as it was just a by-product of the fork. I'm glad some people benefited from it though.

There is absolutely an agenda behind it and we'll discover that when it's 2mb fork time, or not, or else.

... simply because it's designed to allow people to sell BCH for BTC so we can get more BTC = more cash

It's the only real reason BCC exists.

so easy but seems like I didn't understand it before! actually I think this is an ingenious idea in the first place.

You discovered everything. Ha ha ha

Leaving jokes aside, I think they would not be ingenuous to create BCH without having a big goal to achieve.

its just , someone buying it at 0.4 and cant sell it back now  Undecided  , i just all in nem xem till october haha

At least it is not worth 0, yet.I don't understand why people bought this coin at all, after all it was free, the investment is bitcoin, this was just a little bonus for our bitcoins, just like Stellar, Clams, Bitcore, it's a little extra to get even more bitcoin. Cheesy

Well I can say that it is true like any other alt coins and also very thankful that it does not affect Bitcoin, the real Bitcoin, at all. I've heard also that some people had acquired free BCC from an exchanger base on the BTC they have but it didn't get deducted in their BTC. Altcoins are there to serve Bitcoin and to get more Bitcoin, do they?

I cannot disagree with you since when I opened my exchange account I was surprised to see a 0.04 bcc on my balance. I was a little bit disappointed since I just removed my btc balance out of the exchange. If only I did not remove my bitcoin then I could have gain more bitcoin cash and earn more profit. BItcoin cash is really cash since the moment I sold my free bcc I have earned an instant 20$. Its not that quite big but at least I have earned something out of the blue. The price of Bitcoin cash is now going down since it has not been distributed yet and I am sure thos who got their bcc free will surely dump them at the exchange following the falling trend of bitcoin cash price.

I cannot blame you on that move, you have to put your bitcoin into safety during those times. I did the same, so I do not have any free bch. This bitcoin cash does not only gave us free cash but also pushing the price of bitcoin up because bch is flowing back into btc.

You think it's simple, but I need time to understand your sentence. Please explain again. I think there is still a much deeper reason why they released BitcoinCash, more than your conclusions.

no it was designed to allow the increase of BTC holdings. I'm now convinced of that.

Besides that we got four-letter word in Bitcoin Cash blockchain. I can agree with it.
