Hello guys!

I just want to highlight this reply, we have our eyes open and are listening to all the feedback you guys provide.

We are rapidly expanding our platform to reach even wider audiences, with a desktop version coming very soon aswell.

So keep your eyes on this thread, as it will include many updates and campaigns exclusively for BitcoinTalk members!
Good to read this update on feedbacks from forum members, and also nice to know that your team is working continuously to improve the  casinos and bringing in the desktop version of the site, and expanding the platform to cover other areas, what I will want to advice you guys on is to also build in the sport bookie features on the casino, because having a sport bet will generate a lot of traffic to your casino and also make it usability very active and consistent since not all gamblers are fan of in House games, but majority are fan of sport bets and for that reasons they visit the casino more often. I like the fack that this casino have a very unique domain name and none around the gambling scene have same domain or anything close to this casino unique name, so let me officially welcome you guys to the market and keep building your reputation and advancing your development.

is there any chance that you can make your gambling site PC friendly too? at the moment it looks like it is more catered to people who like using mobile when they are gambling. also, regarding your Terms of Service, is that all the content of it? do you have countries that are restricted from using your casino?
Well you can take your time to check out the TOS yourself but from what I have seen I think am free to gamble there so no panic for me and again the casino already said they actually working very hard and fast to improve their quality of the website so these flaws or glitches I think will be temporary according to them but my take is that they should have done all these first so to avoid gamblers being doubtful of their service.

I know that some times new sites might really omit some important stuff on their site, but to avoid these mistakes, some sites or casinos will launch a review so that some experienced gamblers can test the casino and air out their opinion, and by so doing, some errors can be detected and the team can fix them, but I don't think Ok.fun conducted any receive campaigns apart from the fact they only launched a campaign.

I do agree, I try to register on the link and this is how it looks on desktop,

That is Evo Lightning Roulette so it's obvious that it might be catering more for mobile desktop players. But then again, there could be some Old School gamblers here who prefer wide screen like for playing slot games.

In any case, welcome OK.Fun and hopefully you will stay long.

I’m not playing frequently evolution gaming on desktop but I remember that you can’t play full screen even on desktop since they only support 720p which is not enough to cover the whole monitor using their hd quality image. It will looks like the image that you provide if you will full screen the evolution gaming live games.

I think the comment about desktop incompatibility is about the image use by this casino since it’s lower quality that makes it a bit stretched on larger screen.

Welcome to Bitcointalk!

My concern is that your website upon visiting is displaying like an image and it's like an Android app if you visit it using a desktop.

I think it should be the opposite that it should be responsive for both ends, desktop users and mobile users. Another one is the clickable icon or arrow, it remains as a mouse pointer where it should change into a clickable arrow pointer. Not sure if I've explained it well but others surely have noticed that too.

Anyway, you've said that you're working on it rapidly so good luck.  Smiley

I opened ok.fun on my desktop and I was like, what is this? I didn't like it because it was a mobile version on my big desktop screen. I was a little disappointed but then I took my smartphone, visited ok.fun again and I can confidently say that the UI/UX design of your website is amazing for smartphones. I am seeing a beauty on my smartphone app. You definitely have a good UI/UX designer but to be fair, your website looks very much like bc.game but I guess it's okay because many crypto casinos look alike. I personally can't wait to see the web version of current design but I am a little curious, why didn't you make a responsive web design from the beginning? Why did you make exclusive mobile design at first? You could create a responsive web design.

Good question, but perhaps their target or their released is for the mobile version. But the good thing is that they've listen to us so maybe a desktop version will be soon released. Maybe just a couple of tweaks on their code will let their apps go from mobile to desktop in short amount of time. But it's just odd though that their initially released is on mobile. Very tough competition here and most of us do play in our desktop so they should really focus on it's released next.

Anyhow, we are willing to wait for the newer release desktop version. For sure it might be good and seamless experience to us.
So best of luck!!!

I wish there listen to this and work on the PC version of the site, because having both computer and mobile friendly casinos will be a big plus to the traffic generation to the site cause there are some players who fine more pleasure using computers more than Mobile screen.

Well since there is a need to continues development as a team and a new casino that means there still much more to be done in other to increase their visibility and also build a suitable community's for they players in other to compete with other platforms of same category.

Your team did a wise strategic decision to focus firstly on mobile devices that are dominantly used by people nowadays for many things exclusively online gambling. Anyway desktop still has its role and it makes sense to have your company resource allocation for dekstop users.

I would like to give your team a brief advice that with desktop, make sure your team especially UI/ UX team, build it up and test it for different desktop screen size. Make sure your team go through different screen sizes to avoid problems for one size or another.

Well the sight is well organized but there is something I kinda observe about the name and website login name of the site. I saw ok.fun, ok harsh and then okb99.com and when I tried loading the website from the signature campaign thread it seems to be actually taking lot of time to actually load but when through the Ann thread is quite and fast but the link name just changed to okb99.com

It seems that the platform is still in the development stage, with all these shortcomings that members pointed out in previous comments, and I am surprised why they started a marketing campaign through a signature campaign on the forum before they finished the development process, which is supposed to include a trial period. When I see all these comments, it seems to me that no one from the platform team has tried the casino as a guest user. These missing points will not give a good impression to users, especially since traffic will increase with the launch of the signature campaign. Perhaps they will use the notes here to correct the shortcomings before starting the campaign, which is scheduled to begin the day after tomorrow, Friday.
Maybe they didn't know they might get this kind of traffic in the first place 😁. Bitcointalk is one of the best place for any casino company to advertise and it would be a lot better for the company to actually set all the priority and keep it to standard before unveiling because alot of gamblers here can be turned off because of some little changes.

Considering that they chose one of the most competent campaign managers on the forum, I am sure that he will help them with his experience in correcting the existing shortcomings, because there will be no meaning in starting a marketing campaign without the product being ready. There is no doubt that the casino realizes the importance of activity on the forum and that this is not an easy task given the strong competition. Therefore, I consider that, despite everything, it is important for the official representative of the casino to be active to answer users’ questions, even if there is a delay in completing the latest updates.

At the same time, I would have preferred for the platform to go with a careful experimental phase before publishing the official announcement to avoid criticism on the first page, which will represent the main interface for every new visitor.

Tomorrow the signature campaign will start, which I hope will be successful under the management of Hampuz, whom I am sure that he will add credibility to the project.

Majority of people now is really that making up some complaints or feedbacks about having that mobile view. Whereas, we do know that there would really be those people who would really be trying out to access the site on using up a computer or laptop on which showing up those small screen or area of playing then it wouldnt really be that pleasing into the eyes. One of the main reasons on why
PC gambling is much more interesting is that you could really be having that wide screen plus you could really be having that good user experience
not only just on the graphics alone but also into the sound and other aspects as well. Hope that they would really be fixing out asap because people do really
make out those kind of similar complaints on this one.

I checked some tx hash and they seems to be OK. I mean the information under winning tab (the amount) is exactly what we can see on the transaction hash. I checked 5 random hash as follow:

Surprisingly, all the above transactions were sent to the same address. It seems that it is an address of high roller, because when I checked other smaller win, the address is different so I think it is really real.
That’s a good place to start on there reputation. It would wave been odd if otherwise but, it seems they are ready for business.

It looks great on mobile browser ofc, so hopefully they can make it better for PC users as well.
As for now I'd say welcome to OK.fun, wish the best luck and since they have just started a signature campaign then I also hope to see the rep to be interactive with forum members.
Haven’t tried visiting the site on desktop but, I’ve tried it on mobile and it was just great. The blend of colors and the feel it had of it was just great. The colours had a smooth and reflective glassy feel about it. It’s flooding icons didn’t look so spectacular though, just the regular but, not any less cool.

On the whole, it is an easy to navigate bookie and casino. The name and domain also is quite easy to key in, you don’t think much of it, Ok.fun

Checked their ToS and I have to say that their ToS is the shortest one I've seen so far and I think they miss many things to be included on the ToS.
The casino itself seems to be created mainly for mobile users, it does not look good at all when we access it through PC, it does not look good as well on my 11" tablet.

Playbet.io - Crypto Casino and Sportsbook

The ok.fun link is just loading forever on my side.

I don't have a problem in that area, but I'm just confused that the screen is very small, as if I'm accessing it on my PC. I don't know if this is the kind of UI they want to introduce for PC users or if there's a workaround to get the best experience for PC users.

Anyway, to the OP, allow me to welcome you to this forum. I see you are running a sig campaign managed by Hhampuz, which is a good start. Hopefully, you'll stay longer and be willing to accept some suggestions from the active members here.

I visited the site too via PC and at first I was a little bit confused. I thought it was a screenshot or demo version of the website. They really need to optimize it for PC user as well
Their terms of service are nowhere, and another section probably meant for privacy policy is
1. Wrongly termed as terms of service again
2. too summarised for a service involving money and gambling.

Edit:
The ok.fun link is just loading forever on my side.

Seems that they haven't checked their site using desktop. They still have a lot to improve on their site. If they will read and listen to what people has to say here, they can slowly apply what needs to be done on their site. It is understandable as they are still new in this business. However, if we won't see any improvements later on, I don't think gamblers here will be motivated to sign up and play on their site.

Understandable to the fact they are new in the scene so I guess they should listen to people feedback to give smooth gaming experience to gamblers who wish to try their casino. But for sure once they check back their site also read the comments of people then see their concern for sure that they would take care of the issues since no business owners provably like to leave their newly business launched unattended since they know that it provably could discourage people and decide not to sign up since that's not good action to do.

But since they have running signature campaign for sure the management know what to do and feedbacks is helpful for them to improve their casino.
