It's obvious that this coin is a complete scam. If any of you guys still want to get on board and support a Clinton meme currency or you want to support Hillary or whatever, Billary has been pretty great so far, and the dev is a great guy! Very transparent dev work going on over there.

i'd say thats more a statement about yobit,
cryptsy had well over 500btc worth of 42 in the early days,
lots of exchanges do this.
