I dont know your coins, but that is tge lesson you have been taken, you should not hold it instead sell it immediately once it was listed on exchange.
I am also like you, almost all of the tokens that I got from my bounty campaign were held and not sold until now, and now I regret that the price has dropped tens of times from the ICO price
a good moment I thought was selling immediately after getting the token and when it could be traded. if you have good potential, you can buy it again after a dump. we will have it even cheaper than the ICO price. 
I don't see the tokens OP said that make some noise in the past. I myself had been holding worthless coin too but I don't mind them inside my wallet. Just don't with it. I have about 8000 of a coin I though will have good value but didn't have after 2018 bear market. I guess the only time we see these token valuable one day is if there will be a bullrun just like 2017.

I also have a number of tokens resulting from investment. And now there are still no results until now several months. I have been holding this for a long time and I contacted the Teger and they were silent. there is no reply. so now you have to be smart in choosing ico.not easy

i feel you even i have tokens from my old bounties and yet until now no updates coming from them,. And i already accepted that those coins are worthless i just waste my time promoting thier project.Among all the coins you have, I only have money, and until now I am also waiting for the development of the project. other than that, I think you need to see the development of the coin being transferred. You can get the latest information from there and can conclude whether the project is worth it or not.
We cannot do anything we have to hold them and keep watching for the update to be released. Like OP, there are many people holding the coin and instead of selling them for cheap prices. Now slowly market is recovering which will help the coin to increase the ckin along with the updates they provide.

Thekey is a good project and is definitely worth holding. The low price is very surprising considering they hit the hardcap, expect big things to come from their camp in the future
Shivom is already listed as well as verasity. Holding it won't give you a lot unless their team are working diligently to develop the project and get listed to good exchanges I mean with real volumes. Thats why whenever I join a bounty and once I receive it, I will sell them right away but of course on its reasonable price and I never dump those.
lucky you can get a bounty campaign that pays you, I often miss when I become a participant from the bounty campaign, I feel that choosing bounty campaign is very difficult because I don't know the bounty campaign is successful or not.
You are not alone of having Cryptos with no more values or almost to become crap but don't lose your hope as we don't know if these coins will comeback somehow once the bullish market will start. Just make sure that the altcoins owners are still active to promote their coins as if they are not then better to move on with that coin and better luck next time with the other new tokens.

I have known all of these bounties coins because I was there to promote them! But only shivom and 4New exist right now! Their price is a penny now and these coins are not hodl worthy! You must have sold on time as people got huge money from the Savedroid and Shivom bounty! Recently shivom partnered with a potential company, you should follow their social channel as you are holding them! Otherwise, Tradove, Velixid, Savedroid, Sp8de, TheKey looks like a dead coin
if a project has not been discontinued after the ico and is developing well, the prices may rise at some point. but for that, a project must show results and a real benefit, otherwise the price may never rise again.

I have always thought that if after one year of get listed an ICO is unable to comply with its roadmap, nor is it able to build a solid base of followers or committed investors, that ICO will die gradually, so most of the tokens that were offered in bounties in 2017 and 2018 will soon be forgotten. If you can sell them now, if you find an interested buyer it may be worth getting some satoshis for them, although in the case of ethereum-based tokens sometimes the fee for the transaction is more expensive than the possible profit.
It is always a hit or miss with the bounty tokens where 9 of the 10 are not delivering as expected. time will tell if they can manage to get traction again.
You should check on their sites and on social media if they are still active and have some chance to recover so you can sell, i think i didn't heard about this tokens until now, maybe only about Verasity and Velix.
