Gitian builder process didn't finish in time as our code is highly complex - We are re-announcing launch time to 7.00 PM UTC 12 FEB. We hope to build everything and wrap up before launch time, to avoid such things from happening again. The delay with Gitian builder was unpredictable. We are replacing with a 32 core server for this tomorrow and running the build process on current server for now. Success comes from failure, We will not give up.
