My cinni wallet keeps crashing when I try to send to the burn address. Any ideas??

You mean not responding or just closes and crashes? The not responding thing has to do with old coins staking as you unlock your wallet to send coins. What you can do is unlock it, allow it to stake the old coins, lock it when its done. Once you have no more staking coins they can be sent (this part takes time). Otherwise you can try waiting it out. I staked mine first so that the not responding thing didn't happen. PoS... whatchyagonnado..

How do I know if all my cinni are in one address??

In the Cinni Wallet click receive coins, if there is more than one address chances are you sent from different sources to different receive addresses.

Let us know if you need help correcting this.

Downloading the Cinni bootstrap file now. I'll be burning my 80k ish cinni for some stakecoin. Fingers crossed hoping that this coin takes off.

-Edit

Alright, everything worked out fine. Burned 85K cinni and imported private key of burn wallet as per instructions.

I find that the cinni wallet gets confused when I send coins to an address in the same wallet. So I have been shuffling wallet.dat files around, slow process, but works better for me.

On that note, if anyone wants to offload their Cinni, feel free to send to:

Loads of CINNI for sale on Cryptsy, go buy some
buy some and pull up the price. Grin

More the buying more the price rise and more it will be profitable.

That is not enough time to convert.  Over 5M Cinni unclaimed from mintpal, and likely a similar amount in wallets an on other exchanges.  Why should so many people miss out because of a PoW deadline?  Needs to be a better solution to convert the Cinni and or involve the exchanges in changeover.  Undecided

agree with you , but exchanges charge fees to do that and who will cover the cost?

rather than just telling the dev whats not right about it, how about some solution ideas?

dev is only 1 person and we as many can contact the exchanges and ask for swap possibly?

i did make some suggestions see my earlier posts, it was deleted but still viewable.  anyway the best way to handle if the dev is serious and doesnt want people to miss out is to arrange a temporarily STK/CINNI market, it would function like the IPO market all the premine is placed for sale at the 1:10 price, everyone that sends their Cinni into exchange can buy the new coin with their Cinnis.  It could be kept open for a few months or until at least signifigant number of cinni is swapped over.  Right now <10% has been swapped and most of that is mintpal claims, not real cinni in exchanges or in wallets.  If the swap ends too soon then STK will be a coin that has no signifigant amount of Cinni swapped over to it, and basically only the mintpal holders and the amounts being claimed show they were support Cinni, just dumping.  Ability to send Cinni is because of the real cinni holders that processing and keeping the blockchain, have a look at the network there is over 60 nodes currently and wallet always maxes full connections.
If not enough Cinni changes over then there is very little point to STK and it can't be considered a successor to Cinni.  Undecided

This is what is behind cinni COMMUNITY but as I see for cinni dev it's not important  he take decisions  like dictator.
He does not respect what other people tell him

Would it be in poor taste to offer to do the exchanging for others for a small fee?

burn address works, why would one need a middleman?
