EnergyCoin and StakeCoin are technical identical.
On top of EnergyCoin we have build EnergyParty that is a clone of CounterParty but supports Prove of Stake transactions.

With EnergyParty we focus Energy and Environmental Blockchain Applications.

If we port EnergyParty to StakeParty and you can imagine the possibilities!
But first priority now is bring EnergyParty from testnet to mainnet.
Development StakeCoin shall not start this year.

It is a side project so not first priority but hope to make some progress the coming time.
First maybe a fork for StakeCoin if that is not too expensive.

Ryno explains the scam development from BC to SDC to their new "particl" scam. How funny, they cannot even remember they made a Cinni or STK coin once.

He is even lying there, claiming they developed the encrypted messaging for SDC while it actually was the last feature they developed for Cinni Coin before they exited to SDC

The future for StakeCoin is all about community.
Sure no development yet but plans in the heads of some big holders I know.
I ignore Yobit for now, the is ghost market for StakeCoin there that gives StakeCoin a MarketCap of $ 4.4M see block explorer.
A more realistic price for StakeCoin is on https://novaexchange.com/market/BTC_STK
Not much volume but you can send you StakeCoin there and also buy for a nice price.

I like the name StakeCoin, it says just what it is and potentialy everting is possible!
I know StakeCoin can survive and promotion can start when the plans in my head are more clear..

But there is absoluut not trading there!
I still keep my wallet online and see what maybe or not happens in the future with STK.
As long as the network is healthy the are posibilities and I keep accumulation my share.
