are the rumours true ?
did you move the premine to trex ?

It's not a rumor. The Rise dev fund is currently in a Bittrex account and being moved to a permanent Rise wallet address for everyone to monitor. Rise address will be published here.

Why did you even move it to Bittrex? Palnning to do a big dump? How about the forged coins?

They're not planning on a Big Dump , They're just making sure that Justin and His Team dont have access to the system whatsoever, Forged Coins will be used in Competitions, Bounties and other kind of rewards

Wow. I sold my ICO investment long ago, but I check in on the Rise project from time to time just to see how things are unfolding. I can hardly believe this latest set of developments. It boggles the mind. I do think the team should have accountability for what has transpired. My early sense of un-ease with this project has been confirmed to be justified. I feel sorry for those who continued to believe and lost far more than my small investment at the start. I like to think the best of people and hope for the best. Who knows, maybe a miracle will happen here and somehow things might turn around. But it's hard to imagine a more bleak scenario than what has unfolded thus far. Sad.

We have good legal grounds for a lawsuit. We should concentracte on the ico program which lacked basically all transparency rules when it comes to investments:

Quote
- The "Get started" button on the mainpage directly leads you to the rise application form
- After filling out all mandatory fields you can directly login into your account. There is not even an email verification implemented
- On the profiles you will find a button with the label "Invest". The click on the button will return a "BTC investment Address"
- The form part "Your Investement" shows you the label "Invested BTC"
- On the lower part of the page you will find a transaction overview which first column is named "Investor"

Nowhere during the application process i was asked to confirm any terms of use. Nowhere during the application process i was informed that my "Investment" is not refundable. I did not recieve a confirmation mail with the details of my profile setup. At no time during the application process i was forwarded to an information which could have lead me to the conclusion that my investment is actually a donation.

This way we can demand a full return of funds provided during the ico, even if we already sold the rise tokens.

Important
I am asking every Investor to fill out the following form, provided by the SEC:

https://denebleo.sec.gov/TCRExternal/questionaire.xhtml

The form will help the SEC auditing the investment scheme of the RISE ico. If only 10 Investors file a complaint, RISE will have an audit at their hands which might lead to a lockdown of the left funds.

The form is applicable to the following complaints:

•Ponzi scheme, Pyramid Scheme, or a High-Yield Investment Program
•Theft or misappropriation of funds or securities
•Manipulation of a security's price or volume
•Insider trading
•Fraudulent or unregistered securities offering
•False or misleading statements about a company (including false or misleading SEC reports or financial statements)
•Abusive naked short selling
•Bribery of, or improper payments to, foreign officials
•Fraudulent conduct associated with municipal securities transactions or public pension plans
•Other fraudulent conduct

İm not a US citizen but i will file a complain and submit.

McVenture  see you in court! You will pay for your crimes!

as if there is something an individual can do. the information about them is all there is, you can search the rest of their info on the internet.  thier lawyer will just give you the mumbo jumbo and whatever else they can say which the bottom line is just you handed your money to them. and thats just it. nothing else you can do except listening to them saying "let them do their job."  good luck suing them.
Bitcoin is not even considered a currency in the U.S. It's a commodity. These ICOs are equivalent to placing a donation button on their website. Once they have the funds they can do whatever they want with it. Let's see if they get LSK cloned and us forging. That's what they were going to do originally. Rise as a Lisk clone with DAPPS for more than one language.

RISE PROJECT STATUS

This last week has been very eventful for Rise and has left some people uncertain about
the project status. This post summarizes the details that were released spread out over
a myriad of posts.

  • Justin (co-founder and lead developer of Rise) is no longer working on the Rise 2.0 platform,
including his employees Nathan and Richard. The Rise team was dissatisfied with the lack of progress
and denied Justin’s demand for more funds to continue developing.
  • Rise team is working on solidifying a contract to get Rise cloned to the latest LSK code
  • Putting Rise forging into the hands of the community as soon as possible is #1 priority
  • Rise 2.0 is not off the table, The ICO promise of adding multi-code language support and
easy-to-use tools for buildings dapps will still be pursued.
  • Rise development funds were temporarily moved to Bittrex. The account was frozen by Bittrex
as this is their standard security mechanism. The account is being verified in the next few days
to be unfrozen and the funds will be moved to a permanent Rise wallet address for everyone to see.
The Rise address will be announced here.
  • Rise team is working to reward Rise holders through the Chipz Project. Chipz was announced earlier
this week and is in the beginning stages. Rise holders will be the beneficiaries of the Chipz airdrop.
More details will be shared as they become available.
  • In a few days from now Rise team will launch a competition for loyal Rise supporters
with a total prize pot of 1 Million Rise. Stay tuned.

Better set a buy wall with the remaining funds and pay the investors back. This project failed. Everybody can see that.

Why are you acting that this is normal?
Rise store their own funds on bittrex? Not a own node/wallet?

Everybody knows why you guys stored you coins there... You wanted to dump those bogus coins..

I remember that in the start there was also heavy dumping. Even under the ICO price.. So that were you guys.

Luckily bittrex stores the logs

I remember that too after the ICO these scammers dumps a lot I was so upset the day after the ICO end the value drop a lot! I hate these scammers a lot! Lazy people, they don't work,,,all they do is to lie to get free money....if you believe in God you will end up in hell and if you don't. Karma will make you pay very heavily!

I totally agree, what I  find disgusting that very few people come here telling us to support the casino and chips and to trust the scammers what make think these people has something to do somehow with the CHIPS or CASINO. These scammers are the most immoral people I ever met and all those coming  here saying ''thanks for the update and supporing the scammers'' are  also scammers! Lets sue all these scams!!

Also please can you provide all the companies Justin scammer is involved? We need to stop  him NOW.

do these '10 investors' need to be citizens of USA???

No; you do not have to be an u.s. citizen in order to file a complaint with the SEC. The company you are dealing with has to do business from or to the u.s. though. Since RISE is U.S. based, they fall under SEC regulation. Im pretty sure, the RISE Team will try to make you believe, that their business is not SEC relevant. Believe me; they are lying. Every business or crowdfunding project falls under the jurisdiction of the SEC. It is the SECs decision to file charges...
