the one who tried to pump the coin from 350 satoshi to 600 satoshi yesterday is going to regret it very soon.

When the expense report is out and 75%+ of the funds have been wasted trying to work on the Lisk code then it will be below 100 satoshi

I think so, haha, it shit is worth under 100 sat, devs are sleeping, eating and drinking, roflmao. They got enough money to buy meth and get high, but ico investors are losing money.  Angry Angry

What a bunch of drama queens. If everything was the same but the price was higher nobody would care. They at least produced the SDKs and McVenture updated us each day. Only thing I have a problem with is they messed around with the Lisk code for too long before deciding to write their own code. That was the plan to begin with so they wasted who knows how long. However, we all knew this was a longterm venture and not a pump and dump coin.

Yelling SCAM at every corner because you don't like how things are being operated and managed is childish. Screaming to sue because you don't like how an investment turns out is dumb. It's frickin' crypto. Everything has great risk. Some offer great rewards. Ya'll need to grow up or GTFO.

I don't know if you're a sock puppet account or not but if you are not. I can only say is you're a total noob on how a professional teams work.

Slack does not have much more activity than here, virtually same content too...

To save everyone the time of registering, some Slack topics and activity:
  • Delegates - Last activity on August 31, some people joining the topic, no real discussion
  • Dev Alerts - Someone begging for an update back in August
  • Dev Discussion - blend19831 posted an empty message on August 7, no other posts
  • Marketing Discussions - empty
  • Promotions - blend19831 posted an empty message on August 7, no other posts
  • General - More activity but nothing compared to BitCoinTalk...
    • one post yesterday
    • one today
    • older messages ask about updates or what is going on with the whitepaper
    • someone contemplating if he is talking to himself on Nov 1
    • someone asking if RISE is dead
    • occasional post calling the team out as scammers

Man this is sad.

I can't believe the team leadership could be as non-proactive as they clearly have been both here and on slack. I don't know how they can live with themselves. At a bare minimum they owed investors a robust constant presence with frequent communication. To see how things have dropped off is pitiful. And wrong.

I'm so glad I sold my small Rise investment right after the ICO ended. I had an intuitive sense that things weren't right.

ICO countdown totally called it right with these guys. I regret ever standing up for them in the beginning.

Again, I ask: how do you guys sleep at night and feel good about yourselves after taking so many people's money and going off to pursue other ventures for your own gain?

Sad!

You want to defend what has transpired here, then be my guest, Miss Mojito. Ain't nothing drama queenish about justifiable outrage. But types like you might want to gaslight some folks into believing it is.

I can assure you that not all crypto projects are run like this. Especially not the successful quality ones. Why anyone would want to support this kind of nonsense is beyond me. Projects like this are what give crypto a bad name.

I haven't been following Rise day by day. I haven't been here even once before complaining or carrying on. I simply took a few minutes today to check in on this project out of curiosity and I'm astounded by what I've found here.

The only reason I weighed in at all was because during the ICO I stood up for these guys when ICO Countdown called them out for not having integrity. Based on what I've seen, he was spot on.

People like you might want to normalize what has been done here. I could never. I'm very happy with the quality projects I've invested in. With so many better alternatives, why anyone would settle for this mess, I will never understand.

Over and out.

Is there a Telegram chat for this project? I know from Lykke that this is also are really easy way to communicate with the community.

No Telegram chat at this time, but we do have a RISE Slack chat channel. To receive an invite -> http://slack.rise.vision

Look, I do not want to think about starting any legal procedures. Only if things go really wrong this would be an option. If the team did their best there is nothing to accuse them for, its all part of investing. The management is only personally responsible if there is some proof of mismanagement...

The thing that I find kind of strange is that the amount of communication during the ICO, about ambitions and stuff, was a lot more intensive that it has ever been after the ICO. This gives the feeling that the same is the case for project development. The team seems rather fragmented. I wonder if everyone, at all time, knows from eachother what who is currently doing. Some defined roles in the team don't seem applicable at the moment.

There is some community management. I think you may say that there is kind of a trust crisis atm among the community. All this price dumping is at low volume, this is all that is causing panic. A buywall (at like 40% of ICO price or whatever) would at least build up some trust for a while. The volume in the past couple of weeks was rather low, so no traders would really profit big time.

I am convinced that the true believers in this project would never sell at 40% of the ICO price, but at least we would get rid of these huge red percentages day after day on very low volume and all the scam accusations in this thread. The way everyone and the office was introduced at the moment right after the ICO I believe these are just good people...

I think also the buywall shows that the project lead had trust in the project themselves. All tokens that are bought could be used in a 2nd ICO at the end of next year or something. I dunno, maybe it would be a stupid idea. I know that Lykke did the same.

Maybe we should ask the community. I'm sorry to say, but as long as there is no real innovation realized it is unrealistic to expect that people are going to be active on the RISE forum. All (potential) community is here in this bitcointalk thread. It's not very big...

Is there a Telegram chat for this project? I know from Lykke that this is also are really easy way to communicate with the community.

Thanks for reading all this.

ps. i do agree that this picture of Shazad is rediculously unprofessional. He got like this look: thanks for your money, I'm off partying. Sorry if I insult Shazad by saying this. Maybe all teammembers should make some similar personal pictures... with like a RISE background.

Why? Because the price went down?

Imagine if we could sue every coin when the price went down. McVenture has been updating us regularly. Take the time and scroll back if you really care.

You guys received 1.3 million USD in funding. You gotta communicate a lot more to account for this money. What is everyone in this team doin? What kind of advisor is Shazad? Whats going on with Gerlof? RiseGal and McVenture not even in this list? Are all these people getting paid? For doing what? Where are all these people located? is this even a team?

Investors lost 80% of their investments, you guys should be showing us that you are doing everything that you can. As long as you guys do nothing, the supporters of this project will keep losing their money...

If you can't deliver, because it is too difficult or there is conflict within the team, maybe you should start thinking about a token buyback program.

Look their working experience, is fake, “don't panic company”, like a fake company name to fabricate their cv. Nathan who graduated from high school, such dev?  Roll Eyes

1.3 million is serious money, usa victims can accuse them to fbi and sec, the team will go to jail, they are 100% fooling investors.
