Bittrex is not popular anymore so it is okay, I just hope we will have better exchange soon
I think Bittrex should announce Rise's deslist earlier. Only a week is too short time. And at the moment there is no other exchange with English interface to transfer it. I can not even register on upbit.
I just checked Coinmarketcap and it looks like Yobit have RISE listed there. Maybe you can transfer your RISE there but the volume in that exchange site is very low. Announcing the plan to delist a token or coin with just one week notice is acceptable and I think it goes to your advantage too. If they announced it 2 weeks prior to delisting, the price of RISE may have dropped further than what we have now.

I fully agree on that part of calling it best time to buy from panicked and weak hands now. Rise team is talented and they will find out some solutions to minimize the effect of this decline of important market. I guess there is nothing can be done except exploring new markets.

Bittrex is involved into inside trading after looking over the recent decision that have proved now that exchange turned into pump and dump. I would like to stay from bittrex because it becoming very dangerous with fishy job.
I think Rise will handle this delisting from Bittrex since it is already on some good exchanges. On Bittrex it was getting huge volume that off course will be felt until it gets listed some other high volume exchange but it recovers in better way in near future.

You can't say that Bittrex is dead when its 24hr volume is a total of 77k BTC.
The only problem with Bittrex right now is that new users can't register, their support is slow and they are creating problems with locking users out of their funds (example a fully verified user get's his account disabled and muss resend his documents, which in some cases can take up to 3 months..).
