Update related to todays events and bittrex:

I asked Bittrex to suspend deposits and withdrawals today until we found out exactly why there was a server outage causing the blockchain to stop.

This highlights EXACTLY why we need delegates back into the public hands asap and running on multiple nodes.

Thanks for the understanding and patience while the development work is completed to make public delegates possible and stable again.

saw its under maintenance too. i wonder why no updates from the dev team since then.
if this is going to be a good indication about RISE rising, i may have to buy more even when its price goes $0.20

may you inform us please, every two weeks about the project progress? what exactly has been done, what is happening now, how the money are spent? according to ico results, you have $ 1M, so assuming $500 is for pure development of new Rise features, and assuming Google's Inc. Sr Dev wages at $100 per hour, working 8h per day we have only funds for 625 working day of ONE fulltime dev. One dev is not enough, we need at least 4 devs, so we have fund only for half a year, if nothing has been delivered

I undestand that running company is not free, everyday is a cost, there are constant cost of every month, no matter you are working, learning, thinking, having holidays, being ill, or just chilling. Do you have any plans what to do next or just waiting for a miracle?

Can you tell us how much ico funds has been eaten up so far for all administrative tasks?

And there is not reason to take care of RISE exposure, attend in conferences, organise meetings and interviews, until we deliver anything valuable - it is just a waste of time and money, and expose RISE team and investors to ridicule...

Yes. They hype to the heavens when starting the ICO but now that they got your money they will be silent. But as I said in another thread I hope they are silent because they are busy working on the project. We have seen this cycle again and again in cryptocurrencies. Most of those projects only fell to obscurity.

We always want things to go faster, to get what we want faster, to not have to wait and instead get instant results.

That's because in reality events rarely go EXACLTY the way we want them to happen.

However, I'm fully confident that we will roll out the items listed on the roadmap and the team we have is only an asset to the project.

People can troll as much as they like but it won't stop us from doing what we set out to do, in the meantime there are plenty of people that will join us and support the project and contribute in positive ways.

To recap on recent news / events:

*Patch on the delegate issue that was causing forks is expected quite soon.
*Two full time developers about to start as well as Justin that is already full time.
*Exectutive director that has previous US government experience is joining with the mission to demonstrate the decentralized application platform we are building.
*Conferences are being lined up for later on in the year to make Rise better known in the public eye.


In summary, yes I would like to see development work happening at lightening speed but what matters to me most is seeing the overall progress on a day to day basis, and it's happening believe me. The tempo will pick up in August with a higher frequency of Rise Core Development updates.

as far as i can remember, when alty was engaged in previous pump and dump coin projects he at least had to hire devs -> to deliver something -> to pump coin -> to dump coin -> to get money back and run.
...and this time we put the money directly into his pockets - everything is legit acording to ico terms - we have been fucked in white gloves.

So at this point it is in the same league as DL(i)SK, just a clone of LISK with no new features available yet?

Based on the roadmap, the Smart Contract Builder & NodeJS SDK development should have already be started & halfway thru, and DApp Builder should also have been started.
And the Desktop UI  - maybe that is the Windows Rise Lite-Wallet that connects to https://wallet.rise.vision to get data from the blockchain - should have already been finished, delivered & working by end of June.

@Alty, are you in control of the progress of the project? As project manager, are you satisfied with the development progress and timeliness of the delivery?

i remember buying it in 0.013$. and sold all at 0.010$ lol
