Waves and Rise seems to be having problems being added in Polo despite the huge success in ICO so I guess Polo is really a tough nut to crack.

I think most of them (ICOS) will prefer only to one exchange as its easier to control than having it on different exchange.
IF the team decides to take over the buy wall in the next days, they can easily grab more than 50% of the volume on one exchange.

Yup makes sense, ETH took a while before the price gets to where it is now. Everyone can be dumpers, only the believers will buy back for a cheaper price and more holdings.
