the team should just do IOU for now and fix things until everything is laid perfectly. This will give you the time while trading (IOU) is happening.
A lot of dumpers and people are waiting for the bounties too. distribute all the invested and the bounties and then release. this will come as a test for those who will hold and those who will dump. let the dumper dump during the start but start with the ico price. maybe even below

I think Rise will start +/- 5% ICO price. In between this time and the release, there is insignificant amounts of development going on. Also, some people are looking for a quick way to get out. It was a poor decision to allow users to withdraw coins so quickly.
Developers on the RISE slack channel said they are aware of the glitch and this is what the hold up is. They are currently working on it. You can get updates on the slack channel tho. They update about every 3-4hrs. Hope this helps

So i was thinking to put in 2 btc, let the profit accumulate and withdraw. I wanted to deposit but the site was down for maintenance. After about an hour it was open again and i send my 2 btc. Looking at the wallet in my account and it says 3 deposits made for 2 btc, so i had 6 in my wallet lol! Even my ref got 3 times 5%. Withdrew that stuff ASAP lol. Site was down a week or 2 later.
