I also can't comment on Oxycoin, but I can say that most developers are working on multiple projects. Whether they be Bitcoin devs, Ethereum devs, or any other cryptocurrency developer. They advise, invest, and contribute to multiple repos. In fact, that's what informed investors would prefer.
You would need to be a developer to understand.
That's a good point and I haven't even thought of that. It makes perfect sense for a dev to share his expertise on multiple repos. It's experience they can add to their resume and doesn't have to hurt or slow down any of the projects he/she is involved in.
