yeah they waited 2 months yet it end up getting fucked up during launch.
we'd all be seeing coins being dumped in the first day of launch. i assume the dev will put a buy wall too.

I should receive a extra 50,000 RISE It looks like many users got rejected from the campaign, this only means more bounties for qualified participants.
I know some Chinese have cheated in these kind of campaigns, they have more than 30 account each, damn it they profited a lot from ICOs.
