I just sent btc from polo to my ico btc address, but polo is taking forever. what happen if btc doesn't arrive before the end time? will my btc still count ? or do I get a refund?
As long as your transaction is on the btc blockchain before the ICO ends you'll be fine, even if the transaction is still confirming.
in my situation if polo manually process the btc after the end time and btc shows up on blockchain after, do I get my btc refunded ?
Yes, if your deposit does not show up on the BTC blockchain after the ICO ends then the amount you sent will be refunded if it arrives after closing.
