Delegates: Genesis delegates have been rebuilt. We will be splitting these between multiple servers, to minimize the impact their latency advantage has on the network. Not investing in ico but might buy it on exchange for a 20-25% discount. I doubt any investors will magically appear overnight on 25th when Rise launches on exchange. Days of 4x launch price than ICO are gone.
See what happened at Waves launch. Happy to hold my waves for as long as required. Not selling them before $5/wave.
I think its still possible especially if the timing is right with BTC cooling off and alts being bullish.

Every time someone sells on an exchange, someone else is buying. People have this theory that there is no btc. If there aren't, then who are people selling to? 
There is plenty of btc out there to invest in Rise if investors want to. Rise is doing really well.
When everyone invests in a coin such as Waves then it sort of becomes saturated. With something like Rise, there is so much potential for growth. You'll probably see a much larger ROI in Rise than in Waves. But it also depends on what can be delivered. I've been following Rise since day one and was the first to sign up for the sig campaign. I see a huge future with these guys and I'm glad to be a part of it.

There was an issue with the startup of nodes on the network.
the genesis block and genesis delegates have to be provided, instead of being loaded from peers.
