We do spot checks at random. So if you fill out the form and get listed and you have the Rise signature set up then you should be fine. We'll probably catch up again in the next day or so. This process is not so much to "accept" people as it is to weed out those who sign the form and don't really participate. Unfortunately it happens so we'll come along shortly and mark the newer signups when we get a moment.

So if you don't have anything next to your name, have no fear. You will be accepted soon. Wink

Added: And just as Placebo said, there is a timestamp which we use.

in the end those who would hold to their ico coins will get the most out of it... but patience is needed and it's not easy to be patient with quick qains...

It is the normal process... but indeed, the real projects will regain their investors and prices will go up.. Look at ETH... in the beginning there was also some selling and during the months in increase in value. RISE will get a lot of WAVES and LISK people in the ICO, but honestly, RISE is a lot more professional then WAVES. WAVES is not really great with how it works on the bounties etc, here everything is clear, everybody knows what to expect.
