Why my RISE balance getting decreased?
Because more people keep coming in 
the total ico fund will divide to all participants ??this also will increase the value of 1 rise
There is a fixed number of RISE, as more people buy them your total number of RISE will decrease, but the price of each individual RISE will increase.

Why my RISE balance getting decreased?

I want some more RISE.
Testnet is very stable right now. We are releasing testnet 2 shortly which will allow delegates to jump in for testing. Our escrow partners will not release our funds until everything is functioning as it should.

So, just to make it crystal clear:
Until Mainnet is running with non-GenesisDelegates, your funds wont be released?

To answer your question:
RISE funds
The RISE funds will be released to investors as soon as mainnet plus delegates are functioning, since that is a prerequisite to even be able to send any coins. The delegates can be initial (genesis) or community delegates as long as they are operating. We plan to always be running one instance of each 101 initial delegates, to ensure the network has 101 delegates available at any moment. We will not prevent, in any way, others from becoming delegates, but we will always maintain 101 standby delegates, and they will always have the votes of each other. Community delegates would need 100 votes or more to become active and to take the place of an initial delegate.
BTC funds
The BTC funds will be released by the Escrow partners as soon as all investors have received their RISE coins.

Did someone just invested 52 BTC in this coin? or is it just a move from the escrows to the big funds address? 408 BTC. Looks like RISE will hit +2000 BTC by end of ICO.
