We only did 12m to be set aside and factored the 3% into the 88m. This way people can see their referral amounts and total RISE while the ICO is going on...

I wanted to take a second to apologize for this. I did not intend to write over those pieces, it was a function of the automated conversion that I wrote to switch things over to Rise. I'm fixing this right now. I checked core to ensure it correctly licensed, but I failed to check the other repositories.
