Probably another dead project so much money involved market cap blowing up yet no motivation. SAD! This is my first post in crypto and this is what it all came down to.
Ok, sadly you know nothing about this project, and I don't even shill for Rise, but I know it's a legit project with competent devs. Join the Slack channel for more info, that's why most projects have Slacks, to kind of filter out the fud. I've been holding since the beginning with all the trolling here you would miss all the pertinent info. Sad this was your introduction to crypto.

Also can someone explain the voting/delegates? Do you vote for 1 or can you vote for multiple delegates? If i vote for 50 and they're all in the top 101 do i get rewards from them all? How much is the reward? For example what would the reward be per 1000 Rise?

You can only vote for one delegate.
Voting and unvoting costs 1 RISE each.
The reward depends on the percentage the delegate pays out to the voters.

I've tried two delegates and the payout is unreliable.
The first delegate paied out every day.
I'm trying another one which payed out the first time after 2 days, now i'm waiting for 5 days already...

I think you will have to keep your RISE tokens on RISE wallet in order to receive the free CHIPZ airdrop. I think they will be distributed at 1:1 ratio (not sure)
