Did you consider looking at the volume which is $710 USD ?
No matter the price is, even if it's up right now, I am sure you cannot sell your Rise because no one will buy it.
wait for the decent exchange to add rise, that is the only way you can dispose your investment.

Rise can be a billion $ Cap platform. Lisk in Typescript. Needs support to get on some large exchanges and im sure we will be back to 2/3ml$ daily liquidity.

As many of the community know, we are actively engaging more exchanges globally for RISE to be listed as an asset. The team are making progress and hope to be listed on more by March 2018. Great, at least there is new exchanges, is this exchange a big one? How big is the volume of this new exchange, haven't heard this before
so I think it's not popular like bittrex, poloniex, binance, kucoin, and bitfinex.

Sorry but this price is high according to market conditions, it cannot be exchanges anywhere, I bought from bittrex last week at the price you are asking. I offer 1000 sat that's it.
