Now i realise how stupid i am, i always read before jumping in and now i didn`t, but we can start an action against them .. before it will be too late for new users!
We should let everybody know when and why a market is bad and also taking advantage of their client before they can do lots of damage!

We need to do something about this poor support when they are playing with our money so they can`t take advantage of us in the future!

If i`m not taken seriously and every person from this forum ignores me .. they will win and at the end, they can run with our btc, ltc or any crypto we transfer to this market!
We can all wake up when is too late, like cryptsy or cryptopia, mintpal, btc-e .. and so on...

I think they are now requiring verification code upon logging in. But not all times, as sometimes I can log in without them asking the code that they will send to you via email. I hope your case will be resolved soon as they need to be proactive being fresh among cryptocurrency exchanges.

I haven't never set this code. Nor it was asked to set up. I can't recover the password since they ask this code.
Plus despite I am 100% sure of the password that I have used: now It's impossible to login anymore.

Meanwhile no reply here on topic, no reply to my ticket.
