i have used your exchange for several occasions before when you are still new and one thing that i experienced was the withdrawal time was bit longer than other exchanges. anyway, i hope you already fix that kind of problem . also in addition to withdrawal - can you also provide the tx link as i remember the status of your tx shows only pending or approved.
and in terms of your liquidity, how are you going to improve this vital factor as a cryptoexchange? maybe hold trading competition as what other exchanges are doing...

We implemented withdrawal checks to avoid fraud while EREX was still a young platform. We have seen that no problem has arisen since the launch.
