You can setup multiple nodes on a single server but they need RAM .
For stability reasons 1 Node on one Server is the best.

After 11 days work my Masternode earned first award 180 Telos. How long I will wait for next, 11 days too or sooner?

Please check bottom right staking jsatuts symbol. It should be green.
Staking can take some time if you don't own much coins.
