Before going to the trollbox, I went to live support, but I had no answer.
I think you're right, it should be a matter of time ....
But the transfer has already arrived (it was a transfer of BTC, not CSC)

Yes, do this. Halibit is who you are looking for. He is typically very responsive and is located in Finland I believe so accommodate for the time difference (if there is one). The Trollbox has recently become overrun with many, many spammy copy and pasters.

Make sure you click the confirmed withdraw link on your email.

Also, keep in mind that the program is designed to take CSC above $1 over time. $1/coin is just the floor and the price at which the public will be allowed entrance into exchange to trade or deposit public coins with the casinos.
Keep in mind that there are only 38m csc and online gambling is a $42.4b USD business. The market cap is going to likely be on a sustained upward trajectory for years because as more and more casinos come in to use it, $38m market cap is unlikely to be sufficient. Personally I think CSC could really hit some nice prices down the road.

Good to know. As a result of the new-comings for Casinocoin, price has been increasing over the exchanges, and I have a feeling that we will definitely go above $1 once those mainstream casinos start using Casinocoin. That being said, the future is very bright for Casinocoin will all that has been happening with it lately. I have managed to buy a huge stack of CSC when prices where way below the $0.02 mark, and right now I have made some nice returns. I'm looking forward for more exciting stuff to happen in the next days.
By the way, I've couldn't find a Prypto reseller to get some CSC cards from within their site. I wanted at least a few cards to help spread the word about CSC.
