The coins on Alcurex are the old CSC coins and will need to be swapped correct?
They are the new coins and do NOT need to be swapped.

I guess you should edit the main Ann to reflect the new date
There is not a date yet for the community relay nodes but when we have one we'll let everyone know.
apparently there is a date as shown on the Ann post number one. jan 5 2018. maybe that should be removed then
Yes that was our original plan but we are focusing on the BRM to be ready for ICE and thus the community relay nodes don't have a release date yet. It's the weekend so i'll have to wait until Monday for the designer to update the graphics and remove the date. Thanks for noticing.

What is involved in running a relay node? Is it the same as staking where you just leave your wallet online?
Are you still offering this on Jan 5th?
What exchanges are you guys working on getting listed at? Blockfolio is not list coins at Alcurex.

The details about running a relay node are not yet available. As all the resource at the moment is pointed towards finishing a Bankroll Manager, can't say exact date at the moment.
Work on getting listed to exchanges are ongoing but as CSC has a relatively small volume that does not attract bigger exchanges, this takes time. I think we have better opportunities when we have more ammo (eg BRM is ready).
We have contacted coinmarketcap several times but they still haven't changed the supply.

Would that be 'casinos' using the closed loop Prypto system to accept customer deposits (which is what everyone is waiting for with baited breath) or 'casinos' using CSC as a payment method to purchase services, such as location confirmation etc?
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think that (Prypto) experiment failed?
Prypto was an elaborate pump & dump. Granted, it brought the price floor up from all the hype, but it's clear now that Prypto was never going to launch anything, and all of their "announcements" were fabrications.
You're completely wrong here. Prypto is not and never was a pump&dump. The utility stall was not because of themselves but there was a utility. All in all the main thing is that their projects are not related to current CSC solutions.

Is there info how much these "new" CSC coins will be worth/trading for?
It's currently trading on Alcurex for ~4 satoshis.
