It is very interesting to see how from just such unpretentious videos, Bitcoin turned into a $ 100 billion project. This is a unique case, when the project left without a creator was able to reach such heights thanks to volunteers from around the world. By this, Bitcoin personifies our future, when the Earth becomes one state, wars and conflicts go into the past, peace and prosperity of humanity will come.
Someone should invite this guy, let's call him "'bye-bye paypal' to a interview and ask him what happened since then. How did Bitcoin change his life and if he is still a avid supporter of Bitcoin.

It is interesting that the video maker put bitcoin topic in cartoon form. Some of the kids might see this and that is good if they have interested in it. This guy is a legend.Im sure he is there when bitcoin started and he is already a supporter since the creation of bitcoin im pretty sure that the owner of that youtube channel is now rich because base on his youtube channel he is still active and im pretty sure he didnt stop using bitcoin untill now
Yep I agree. He could be included in the history of bitcoin as one of the earliest youtubers who promoted bitcoin, just like the pizza guy, he could be the youtube guy. Yeah, rich as f**k, the price back then is so cheap and he seems to be far more advance and knowledgeable and and knows that this new digital money will take the world by storm.

Imagine the price around that time is $.10 and you could literally bag a lot of bitcoins or just by simply mining with just ordinary machines. I don't think it's possible to change the upload date of a video on Youtube. Furious? Nah...Back then, the guys behind paypal probably thought Bitcoin was just a joke, little did they know that a few years later it was going to become one of their biggest competitors for online payments.

Wow, nice one! Back in 2010 only small group of geeks knew about Bitcoin. I had read old discussions on Bitcointalk and it was mostly about technical things. So, I'm surprised that Bitcoin exaplained very simple and understandable in this video. Basically, as others said, even in 2019 we are trying to explain new people about Bitcoin very similar as it was done in this video. And it's great to see that creator of this video is still active. It's just strange that number of views of this video isn't big.

Great Video I really like it when the Brown bear or dog says bye bye PayPal transaction, PayPal will sure get furious about that I guess, Bitcoin Poet was sure an early adapter and has plenty of knowledge with the technology and relevance to cryptocurrency adoption, You can sure see from his variety of entertaining videos, The thing is we can not be sure if how much bitcoin he has in the meantime and animosity was the prior key in his videos, I really like his Tom Cruise Reacts videos and I guess I will watch all of his videos and even use his content for future reference in giving others great explanation on what and how Bitcoin and its technology can help.

Likely not the oldest bitcoin video as some already said. I bet if a new functioning technology is created, it would be posted on YouTube or social media few days after it is public. So there are probably some video posted few days or weeks after bitcoin went public

The oldest video that I watched is from 2011, and that video is from 2010, so it could be one of the oldest videos I ever watched.
I think there are more videos about bitcoin from 2010-2011 which could we watch, but we need to search one by one of the video, and it's not easy to find a video about bitcoin.

Just wondering why this video doesn't have enough views which it deserves, since its one of the oldest bitcoin-related videos while this[1] one has the most views I see that introduce/define what is bitcoin.

Although generally, I guess we could call all of them 'the oldest ones'. The videos are a bit weird and meme-like, but they are also informative and show the positive attitude of Bitcoin poet. Perhaps this thread will attract the attention of the same person, and we'll be able to learn more about the details. Does this person still have Bitcoin? Did he/she expect that the prices will go up to $20k? It must have been amazing to watch Bitcoin gain price, market capitalization and popularity throughout all those years... Jump to:
