Maybe because they don't know the forum tradition and assume the same as what they did 15 years experience. I think this is the safest way if they are available in the Play store because we know Play store can detect those fake apps or have malicious apps to download. To launch a casino, their team must have money to pay for gamblers. If they run it from less capital, they might suddenly run out of control and not be able to process payout for gamblers if they win very big.
