not much fluctuation in OMG chart. I think it's slowly dumping but I don't expect it to go too low.
I don't think it's a dump, just a correction. Best time in general to buy is when the whole market crashes like the bitcoin fork in the summer.
Maybe it is dumping because of the airdrop some weeks ago. Look at Stellar. Price instantly began to correct after coins have been distributed to airdrop addresses.
first of all you can not really call this a "dump". this is just a small drop in price. a real dump (which is going to come at some point by the way) will be at least 20% big. this was a couple of percentages!
secondly what did you expect? you can't pump an altcoin for eternity. at some point the price stops going up and reverses until it reaches some equilibrium. then it can go up or down from there. although as i said it is not yet dumping.

If you want to buy omg wait a little bit more. I think there will be one more crash around bitcoin fork. It may be the good time tp buy omg.
Looks its getting correction. I don't think its good time to buy now as bears control the price. It may go even lower. But as I said these are just my guesses. Don't blindly follow please.
