Do you have proof that other players that bet under 18.5 loss there bet? You should provide too there screenshot to make sure your supporting evidence is legit. I have no idea on sportsbet ToS on deciding for the result for this kind of games but there’s always a special note on casino ToS that they have the right to void the bet with such event.
What I understand on the case of under 18.5 was the bet is already lose regardless if the game still continues or not while in your case, there’s a chance that you can still lose your bet if the player didn’t retired earlier since the retired player has a chance to score more and close the gap to erase your margin.
