The best winning I got was from poker, so I was playing pvp poker and there was a gambler like to bluff, so when I got a good card I try to follow his game and I end up winning more than 500$, usually I never bet that much, but I think I was too carried away with my emotions, luckily I won the game

So far my biggest multiplier hit is on sports betting parlay, if Im not mistaken I won around 35x my bet that time but I lost so much before hitting it. On my I only did 10x multiplier, nothing higher on that. I dont rely so much on luck based games 
Parleys do end up giving you a high multiplier but can also drown you down if your bets dont end up being wins. If you do manage to get most of the bets green then you will get a huge profit. Still the multiplier of dice games will be higher than that. You can simply do a 9900x on a dice game with a single click.So here comes the question of whether you are able to get the biggest multipliers easily or with effort. Not thinking about the outcome it is definitely the dice game where you can set the slider to hit 9900x and not sports betting. Again we are not thinking of the outcome - outcome is different from that you are applying as setting.

Good thing for me is I play for fun not just solely because I need more money so it doesnt really hurt me that much and also I only play small amount of money after saving big part of my earnings from my work
It is always better to playing gambling for fun only and not chasing the winning money because we don't know when we can win the game and get that money. Besides that, I agree that we need to use a small amount of money to prevent from losing all of the money and we can save that money for another thing. I still use small money as you because I don't want to get a big loss from gambling games.

That is a really good getting 35x but the real part overall still you would be on negative side meaning losing more than the winning. So thus if you play for fun and sometimes to hang out with friends then it is fine, but if you are addicted or playing to make only money then you might need to change this . Hope you are good skills and win maximum times.

I hit 9900x in dice game couple of times even though with small base bet and that is the game where I can get huge multiplier so far. Sports betting also offer good probability with its parlay's feature but I can't get the higher multiplier yet till today.

I’m deep in the red for everything except esports betting. I do some Dota 2 bets but mostly just CS:GO bets, and I find most of my profit in either the extreme lower end of competition or high end. Obviously things are still luck in the end, but I find esports betting to be much more fun and profitable than playing a game like dice or roulette. Some people also sell paid picks for CS:GO bets, but I find my percentage of winning bets are often higher than the paid picks and I typically make more than if I had gone with a paid pick.
Plain truth! For me, it has always been red, from dice to blackjack to roulette, just mention all the games you can think of available on cryptogames, I have played it all, and it always result to the same thing over and over. I am not really much of a frequent gambler anyway as I only use it to increase my adrenaline once in a while, knowing that in most cases, it is either I win big or win small, whichever way.I have only gotten lucky in lottery once though, but that was only a one-time thing. I have been looking to playing sport betting of recent, but I still know that whichever way, everything will still ball down on your luck.

I think the maximum reward would depend also on how much the house limit is. There is a limit to the maximum bet which can be played. Based on that there is a maximum payout which the house can suffice to pay in case the bet is a win. I believe from dice and roulette games we can get maximum rewards when compared to casino and sport betting,I didn't made any big amount which is considered to be as maximum reward in single bet but when I calculate the average most winning rewards the it will be the sport betting I think.
yes, dice and roulette games have also become my favorite games so far, but how much maximum we get certainly depends on the money we spend when placing bets. the more dare we risk money in the game, the greater the chance to win many benefits, but on the other hand we also have to be able to bear the risks that will be faced. Depends on the risk you are willing to take. If you want less risk than the best odds are in sportsbooks. They are giving out the best reward for betting considering most of the time we all know who will win, it is almost as if it is free money until some team loses when they should have won. Sportsbooks gives you options you can't believe from who will win type of simple ones to will certain player get red card this game or which player will score, the options are really a lot and you can get a lot of odds from just betting lets say messi will score in any game, more of then than not you will be right.
However if you want the max amount, I think dice games do allow upto 9900 times of your bet, so if you bet 1 satoshi on that odd you will get 9900 satoshi back from winning, still low odds but max reward for betting.

I'm very much in the red too on every form of gambling, If I'm honest. I have won here and there, got good luck, but since I don't really have an objective to profit when I gamble, it's no big deal for me. Sports, MAYBE I am break even. I always bet on single games, and usually around 2/1, and sometimes lose, sometimes win, just for fun again so I don't take calculations.
Wish I knew much about esports... but isn't there a big risk of rigged matches?
Every now and then, to answer OP's question, I do put down one big bet for fun, and it's usually on Blackjack (I like my chances for BJ, or the ability to decide how to risk) but also I try x10 on dice for one single big reward.

I partially agree with you because sports betting allows you to multiply bets depending on the odds calculated by the number of people betting. It's different than games like dice where you lower your chances of a positive roll and increase the payout. Dice odds increase your chances of winning big proportionally but sports bets can be biased and not represent the real state of the odds.

I wouldn't count jackpot as a possible betting reward as the chances you can hit jackpot are pretty same to if you just find a suitcase with million dollar on the street.
This is correct one in a millions would hit that jackpot and somebody hitting it would 1/millions. You need to be that luck to win that else it is waste of money to play for that jackpot. Instead try your luck in some other games where your probability of winning is better than jackpot.

Yes, it is because the most easiest gambling type, IMO is dice and you can adjust the gameplay based on your need.

The biggest payout I've gotten from a single bet was around 4 years ago, by winning a big progressive jackpot on slots.
Bitcoin wasn't nearly worth as much as it is today, but I managed to win around 5 BTC at a Bitcoin casino.
That said, slots really isn't the best option if you want to minimize your losses. You'd be better off playing dice.
