Well someday you can look back at your username and be like... "Yeppers, them was the good 'ol days me and my I7.... Get off my lawn with those ASICs you kids!"   Tongue

I want to be able to proudly say one day to my kids and to your kids:  "I created this for you" ( showing them the Earth from above ).

Yo gawd, whaddup.

Tough to say Shagnasty. Ubuntu is super easy and it was the first OS my wife ever installed, and she did it without my help. But all is not perfect in linux land for laymen (no offense meant here, I am a layman on several topics).

Linux is more secure if you know how to secure it. For web browsing, it is most definitely safer than any windows box, especially if laymen are browsing from it.

If I am a computer idiot, is there a Linux for me. I hear it's safer and secure. I would though like you to tell me one thing that is better about windows besides the games.

totally wowed about the amount of hi5 I got. This forum is like a huge street with so many people.

About my cpu - yes it is an i7 ... ina few months/years I will  be either embarased or it will be like ... vintage or sth...

I should've named myself SEGA or Atari Wink

Old technology is so awesome - cause we lived with it when we were younger...

As for the "created earth part" I meant what native north americans say "We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children."

None of us created the whole earth - but all of us UPDATE Earth every second. So one day will you be proud of what you edited/updated/created/changed ?

=-----

Intel God - I like that! Its like I decide how fast an Intel CPU calculates...

I have to go drink and feast with my fella the ATI GPU God - he's become quite rich recent days - all those mining bitcoins he now rules over.... He showed me bitcoin and this forum...

Gotta go and you there - keep it cool, keep your cpu-s cool. Keep trying to be and be better.

You'll be embarrassed in few years time with that nick.
More like in a view months, judging by Moore's law.
