Due to a crawler issue, all posts from bitcointalk need to be counted manually... This takes some time guys, just sit back and relax.

Do not open support tickets if your status says "rejected", because this is most likely because of the crawler issue...

Thanks for this, I am one of the ones that it says rejected, bit of a panic at first but clear there are many people in the same boat.

Guys...there is no questions on Devs...I like them a lot they really do hard work and being part of the IT framework, I understand how things can not work and this could be due to multiple factors.

So I am HODLING (also just to confirm no one has paid me to write this appreciative post just my own experience at work)

Brakmic...is a legend the effort he makes to respond to everyone in itself shows his commitment towards the community. Hand on heart everyone can have a bad day @office...

DeepOnion rockssss

Happy Friday! Smiley

Total Number Rejected Users : 0

Don't mind these numbers, these are "in between" figures, completely skewed up due to the manual count. This morning, I saw 888 active users applying for airdrop.

Last week, we had 893 participants

I'm a bit concerned about Brakmic at the forum, is he OK? I know there are some issues with chain forks and wallet upgrades creating some tension but he blew up when I asked for help with the new wallet download in the official wallet thread.

I seriously doubt that Brakmic is upset with you or actually 'blew up' in regards to your asking a question to do with the new wallet via the official thread on DeepOnion community site.

The fact of the matter is they may, or may not, have had to scramble finishing up wallets that they'd been working on already once discovering a potential forking problem which the devs. would like to avert. No one wants a fork or another resulting coin. I think there is still a bit of confusion about the particulars of any eventual fork, but clearly it seems that this can happen spontaneously for various reasons.

The threads posted have been numerous this week especially on the 21st yesterday, and in more than one forum, about 'fork problems' and 'mandatory 1.6.0 wallet upgrades' have made for a copious amount of reading for everyone.  I did see a few replies not solely from Brakmic but also Vass and maybe Deeper, that indicate to member inquires about something explained in detail previously within the same thread (or related thread with a link to other forum) have simply asked people to go back a few pages and use the solution already posted so they do not have to continually repeat themselves while looking out for any new genuine bugs users are discovering launching both the new desktop wallets AND the android wallet.

I thought it very good of Bramic to participate as much as he did in the forums!

DeepOnion V 1.6.0 With Stealth Addresses ( Mandatory Upgrade)

Fork Sync Problems

1.6.0 Wallet Syncing Problems

DeepOnion Hard Fork Faq

Very well exlained! I must say that Bramic is doing excellent work and really taking his time to answer peoples questions and trying to help with any problems that they have. And a lot fo people don't read through the thread looking for the answers but write a new quetion.

Personally, I would be annoyed after getting the same question 4-5 times when the answer is in the thread. So I think Bramic is all right and the links you have posted ehre should solve most syncing issue people may have. I am the same, have made plenty of posts over the 50 this week so I think its just a glitch. Sure the team will sort it out and everyone who is entitled to will still get their airdrops. Keep calm and hodl on.

Huh, hope the guys will work it out, it is not making me happy knowing they need to put up extra work for this...  Sad

631? Do someone remember how many last week joined the airdrop?

They are counting the posts, maybe it's some kind of error.

Just checked my status and it says

'Skipped for the airdrop.
(This check status shows past week results not current week. This status may change on the airdrop day after all checks done.)
We have not found enough posts in your bitcointalk profile in the last week . You must have at least 1 valid posts (over 50 characters) in bitcointalk.org. Increase valid post counts to participate the upcoming airdrop.'

I am sure I have made more than a post and larger than 50 characters.....If needed I can quote the post too.

Hope! manual counting will sort this out. Smiley

I what the not understand perhaps, but on forum deep onion videotaped that I not left last week messages. I just checked, there's three + one messages on all the rules. Perhaps you should leave the company, which distributes requests to help her, but ignores rewards those who have done it already. Sorry

Is it possible to assess the size and the growth rate of this community? Maybe like number of downloaded wallets or something?

Each member does not hesitate to download their wallet to obtain ONIONs, it is difficult to predict how much the growth rate is in the community, the good things that happen in the project are unpredictable, every day they live differently, most of the development team comes out with a big surprise for the community, many competitions, live events of our youtubers. Smiley

That is why I was wondering whether there are any metrics available like wallet downloads or something similar where you can tell how fast we grow.

We check manually the posts this week so we will need some extra time before airdrop starts
stay tuned
As if you guys didn't have enough work to do :-( appreciate all the work the team have been putting in and I'm sure no one will be too upset their airdrop is late. Hope it gets fixed for next week so you guys can focus on more important things
