This always happens to me after a restart of the wallet in the first minutes. You just have to wait a little bit, then all the blocks are reloaded and then are up-to-date with the current blockchain again.

Hello, first of all, go to the settings > Network> and uncheck the box (map port using UpnP) if it was checked it should work. If now try to add some nodes, more info with video explanation you can find here > https://deeponion.org/community/threads/3-ways-to-fix-wallet-out-of-sync-problems.25700/
