That is what I am doing, day trading is not good for my health or my bank balance! I just buy and hodl. Will be doing that for the long term as well.

My experience with daytrading is that it is extremely time consuming and in the end the profit is the same as with just hodling! Cheesy

my experience is that holding generated a higher profit. By holding you can almost always get out in profit if you just wait long enough... with trading you could end up with 10 lost trades.....
