This exchange belongs to India country or else someone is running on the name India. Wow, voting procedure started in this exchange and good thing to know Deeponion is in upwards. Maybe this time Deeponion will be listed in BitIndia exchange.

If I am right, exchanges are never created by countries, but they are created and run by some peoples. Exchanges by countries may happen in future, but have not happened yet and I think it will be good if the exchanges are not created and/or run by countries. Otherwise, they may create regulations and the whole crypto market will become centralized. I sometimes worry even if countries will not be creating exchanges, what if they create regulations like forcing the exchanges to put some circuit limits in place like what we see in stock markets today. Its pros will be it will be very hard for scammers to dump all their coins at once as circuit limit will be triggered much before they could even able to sell 1% of their holdings. Cons will be we will not be able to see those 1000%, 1100%, ........... etc. gains in a single day like we can see today.
