Why they don't improve explorers to have 2-3 redundant wallets in cluster, so there is always at least one wallet up and running.

Explorers are not perfect. They are simply wallets running just like you and they can be out of sync from the rest of the network. Recently Blockexperts showed a higher balance while Prohashing and Youngwebsolutions explorers were in consensus. If you are in doubt check different explorers to find which are in consensus. The ones that are in consensus will be showing your correct balance.

I guess you have checked this with explorer.
If in explorer you see any amount written in "Send", you have sent that amount certainly. I didn't upgrade yet but as far as I know some bug was found and later it was fixed.

If in explorer you see any amount written in "Send", you have sent that amount certainly.

This is how I fixed an issue with several hundreds of coins were missing after wallet upgrade to  2.0.1.

I dumped a privkey of my old ONION address, renamed my existing wallet.dat, created new wallet.dat at wallet startup and imported a privkey to this new wallet.

Ant the result was:



At first I saw even more coins in the wallet (from upper row, i.e. about 810 ONION):



But after wallet restart my balance reduced to about 654 ONION (lowest row on the screenshot above).

Could anyone tell me, pleeeasee, what is the "Send" amount on this picture? I never did any outgoing transactions. Neither do I see any sent coins in transactions list.
