Deep onion is well established and long existing. It's development and this new strategy shall continues to record new success. The only area of concern to me is when any member made mistake, hardly is he accepted back. This may be limiting or reduce members interest. An instance is the Wallet not found on profile page at airdrop registration date. And when corrected, was still there blacklisted.

Is Votecentral only handling the voting process or does it also have a custodian function for funds?

I didnt ever hear about a custodian function for funds.VoteCentrall will be here for all possible kinds of votings.

If you check the Nubits network, for example, you can suggest a certain service you want to provide to the network. People with Nushares can then vote whether or not to accept your offer. If enough shares vote for your offer, the payment is automatically triggered from within the protocol. The next step would be to let a smart contract handle payments based on milestones. I am not familiar with Votecentral, just trying to understand it. But if it's for voting only, then that's fine.

I am pretty bullish for 2018 but the Bitcoin market (relying on mass psychology) is very sensitive bad news and I couldn't say I am 100% sure it won't go back down again before staying above the $10K line.

There is unfortunately no way to predict with 100% accuracy but yes it could be the start of a BTC pump, followed by high market cap altcoins, then lower marketcap altcoins like DeepOnion Cheesy
