You guys are right about decentralised exchanges being the next big thing. Regulations are forcing exchanges to hold ID records of investors and regulating banks from taking gains from exchanges. When the South Korean regulations kick in, decentralised exchanges and privacy coins will start to flourish - one coin in particular Wink

I agree,
We need a decentralized exchange, currently every exchange are governed by the law in which they're registered or incorporated.
They are forced to follow the rules imposed by the land.
and sometimes break the core principles of the coin - anonymity

So with the help of decentralized exchange we have an options to trade our coin.

where can decentralize exhange be based ? do you have any idea ? will it be based in tax haven countries (got some from the net as follow) ?

Sub-national jurisdictions commonly labelled as tax havens include:
Jersey (United Kingdom)
Isle of Man (United Kingdom)
British Overseas Territories. Bermuda. British Virgin Islands. Cayman Islands.
Delaware (United States)
Puerto Rico (United States)

I thought DeepOnion already integrated with the decentralized p2p exchange called Bisq. And many transactions already happened there.

I‘ve heard rumors that deeponions will only  be listed on bigger exchanges such as
Binance etc once they finish with the airdrops does anyone know something about that?

I haven't heard anything about this binance in specific, but I remember this has been discussed in the past and it makes sense. The top exchanges won't really accept a coin that didn't fully distributed their coins especially when the main distribution point is via airdrops.

Hey guys,

So, my weekly videos have really evolved from day 1 where I was nervous, and literally holding my cell phone in my hands to where they are now. Your patience has been appreciated.

I was asked to share my setup, and here it is. Please don't mind the mess - I had just set it all up, and was also building IKEA furniture right before...IKEA, why don't they just say you need a drill, hammer, and duct tape in the instructions from the beginning??

This is almost professional lights, man  Grin
Seems like a good setup, seriously. And you seem indeed more relaxed in your later videos in comparison with the earlier videos.

Oh, why a new thread. Thought it was kind of kick ass seeing so many pages.
It's funny to hear people, outside of our community, picking up on Onion. Rowling Stone for one.
Think we're heading in the right direction. Pivx 2.0

The OP account for the other thread was hacked, everyone here hopes that the admins will resolve the issue and return it back to the rightful owner. In the meantime we post here.

Decentralization is the essence of cryptocurrencies, if the decentralized exchanges of insurance in a few years will be anonymous transactions that is what you want to achieve, it is enough that governments want to control us at all times.

You can witness our progress here:
https://github.com/deeponion/deeponion (GitHub - deeponion/deeponion)

The latest edge Tor release 0.3.3.0 is being implemented offering cutting-edge security and anonymity to DeepOnion.

Tor 0.3.3.0-alpha-dev (git-48a51c5f8b80a359)
Is the version we are implementing.

Technical enhancements that come with the update include:

a) Stronger cryptographic hashing function (replacing SHA1/DH/RSA1024 with SHA3/ed25519/curve25519)

b) Improved directory protocol, leaking far less information to directory servers.

c) Improved directory protocol, with a reduced surface for targeted attacks.

d) Better onion address security against impersonation.

e) More extensible introduction/rendezvous protocol.

f) A cleaner and more modular codebase.

This is a real game changer and puts Deeponion at the cutting edge of anonymity and privacy.

I will always appreciate a good progress in the development, can imagine that it took a lot of effort. Hope it will be strongly advertised, especially if other tor-based cryptos do not have this update yet.

Anonymity and decentralized exchanges will be in high demand in the future for sure. And we got both of those things covered so it will be great to see how things go this year.

Decentralized exchanges? Is DeepOnion going to be or have a decentralized exchange? Did I miss the news?
