Depends on when you started. If you leave them in your wallet for 21 airdrop weeks then you will get founder status and be able to vote in votecentral to help decide on which direction the coin should be moving. Also they are safer in your wallet than an exchange

Yes, currently you will get approximately 5% of your wallet balance. In the future airdrops the percentage will drop as more people will join the airdrops.

5% for for the first 10000 coins then times the 5% by 1.2 for any coin after that
