I definitely think it it's, the team behind ONION is very active, and i have big faith in them.
When they released DeepVault it was a innovative way to use the blockchain on, and they will probably be releasing some other uniq features also in the future.

Now is a good timing to increase the bags of onion

This voting seems to be going on for far to long, seems like a great way of building internet traffic!

This sonox exchange looks to be a scam as their voting is too easy in my opinion. exchanges look for people to join, not just vote and go, hope they don't turn out to be shitty and all our votes wasted.

We dominated many votes before this and some of them turned out to be scammers, asking the top coins to pay for listings. We can't be sure about new exchanges because we don't know their intentions until it's over. All exchanges start small and you never know how authentic they are so keep voting regardless.

I agree, the exchanges are all about making the dollar, and not all do it by providing a great service!
