Did some research and it is Anaxai doing the fud, an x banned member that used to be very disrespectful and fudded continuously. He tried to open his own project and failed miserably that he ended up shutting it down:

I guess he is jealous of DO lol. Most people that are banned are sick minded people and they cant see what they are doing is wrong. They may have grown up with an extremely disrespectful and negative environment for it to seem normal to them.
They snap once banned and its funny to see sometimes.

We have to admit that some people are not as respected as they should be.
I've had plenty of interaction with staff, you get back what you give them.
If you are respectful (no matter the situation), you will get treated with the same respect in return.
Was told by my mother a long time ago, treat people how you want to be treated. Talk to people how you want to be talked to... etc.
Thats how life is.
If people cannot bring a subject matter to the table in a respectful manner and they are "amped up" and disrespectful, cursing about running their mouths... Thats no way to go about anything in life, no matter who you feel is right and wrong. You need to restrain yourself at times, and respect everybody...and treat everyone what you want in return.

People get what they are giving, Respect is a great thing! it carries a special energy, even if you hate something or someone but if you talk to them with respect, then you have a lot of chances that they will like the way you say things!
